Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: CNC Machine Tools & Industrial Machinery
• Position Title: Service Engineer
• Working Location: West Region
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday; 8:30am – 5:30pm
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $4,000 + Performance Bonus + AWS
• Duration: Permanent

Your tasks

• Report to the Service Manager in Singapore and provide technical and service support.
• Install CNC Machining Centers, Lathes, and ProCobots.
• Perform on-site servicing and troubleshooting of CNC controllers, machines, and ProCobots.
• Conduct machine inspections and preventive maintenance, including geometry checks and laser calibration.
• Perform pre-shipment inspections of CNC machines before delivery to overseas markets.
• Guide customers on routine machine maintenance and recommended best practices.
• Respond promptly to customer service calls and technical support requests.
• Work closely with Service and Application teams to support overseas customers and distributors.

Other

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in servicing CNC machines or industrial machinery is preferred.
• Knowledge of CNC controllers, machining centres, and lathes is advantageous.
• Able to perform troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and machine calibration.
• Good technical, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Able to work independently and travel when required.
