Job Responsibilities

Manage daily studio operations
Handle client communication through WhatsApp, Instagram DM, and other channels
Respond to inquiries and assist clients starts from consultation, booking & after-sales.
Manage inventory studio supplies and administrative reports
Monitor & work on bookings, sales, and monthly revenue targets

Skills: Store Management, Store Sales, Store Operations

Female, 22-28 years old
Flexible with working schedules, including weekends/public holidays when required
Minimum diploma or bachelor's degree in any subject
Experienced in handling customer communication through WhatsApp, DM, & similar channel
Highly organized, detail oriented, proactive, responsible, and able to work independently
Comfortable to work with targets
Excellent command of Bahasa Indonesia and able to communicate in basic English
Familiar with tattoo process is a plus.
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10 AM-7 PM.
Location: Gading Serpong - Tangerang.
