We’re looking for a Digital Transformation Executive who is curious about technology, enjoys solving problems, and wants the opportunity to make a visible impact on how a business operates.
This isn’t just about maintaining systems. You’ll work directly with different teams to identify problems, improve processes and turn ideas into practical digital solutions.
💡 What you’ll get to do
- Identify opportunities to digitize, automate and simplify business processes
- Work with users to understand real operational challenges and translate them into solutions
- Build and improve dashboards, reports and data visualizations
- Support automation and digital projects using tools such as Power Platform, RPA, SQL and scripting
- Participate in the full project journey — from requirements → development → UAT → rollout → user adoption
- Track results and see how your solutions improve productivity, visibility and decision-making
- Work across Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance and other functions
- Explore new technologies and help identify where they can create real business value
🎯 Who we’re looking for
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Analytics or related discipline
- 0–2 years' experience — fresh graduates are welcome
- Some exposure to Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Power Platform or RPA is an advantage
- Strong interest in automation, data, AI and process improvement
- Most importantly — someone who enjoys taking ownership and turning ideas into action
