Pest Control Technician (Full-time/Part-time/Freelance)

A.W. Pest Control Pte. Ltd. is looking for responsible and experienced Pest Control Technicians to join our team. We welcome applicants seeking full-time employment, part-time opportunities or flexible freelance assignments. The successful candidates will be responsible for carrying out pest inspections, treatment services and preventive pest management at various residential and commercial premises across Singapore.
Your tasks
- Conduct pest inspections and identify signs of pest infestation.
- Perform pest control treatments for cockroaches, rodents, ants, mosquitoes and other common pests.
- Carry out spraying, gel baiting, rodent monitoring, trapping and other approved treatment methods.
- Inspect and maintain pest monitoring and control devices.
- Identify pest entry points, harbourage areas and potential infestation risks.
- Provide appropriate pest prevention recommendations to customers.
- Take photographs of findings and completed treatments.
- Complete service reports accurately using the company's digital reporting system.
- Ensure proper handling, storage and application of pest control chemicals and equipment.
- Follow NEA regulations, workplace safety procedures and company service standards.
- Maintain professionalism and good customer service at all assigned premises.
Requirements
Job Requirements
- Valid NEA Vector Control Technician (VCT) license
- Must possess a valid Class 3 driving license
- Able to transport pest control equipment and supplies safely when required
- Previous pest control experience preferred
- Knowledge of pest identification, treatment methods and safe chemical handling
- Able to work independently or as part of a team, subject to applicable supervision requirements
- Responsible, punctual and reliable
- Able to communicate effectively with customers
- Comfortable using a smartphone to submit digital service reports and photographs
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings when required
