Project In-Charge

Arrange daily transportation and attendance of site workers.

Supervise and ensure quality control at project sites, making sure all works comply with drawings, specifications, and company standards.

Coordinate and communicate with main contractors, subcontractors, and the company management on daily work planning, manpower allocation, and project progress.

Be familiar with the end-to-end workflow of custom carpentry, solid wood works, and full-house renovation projects — including measurement, fabrication, installation, adjustment, and final handover.

Monitor project schedules and site progress; identify issues and provide corrective actions promptly.

Lead and guide site teams (workers, installers, and subcontractors) to ensure safe, clean, and efficient site operations.

Prepare and submit daily or weekly progress and quality reports to management.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of site supervision or project coordination experience in carpentry, solid wood works, or interior renovation projects.

Strong knowledge of custom furniture, full-house carpentry, and wood installation processes.

Good communication and coordination skills to liaise with main contractors and internal teams.

Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently under minimal supervision.

Must be able to arrange daily site work and worker schedules effectively.

Able to communicate in English (Chinese proficiency will be an advantage).
