Technical Director

We are an international IT company developing technology products and digital solutions for the global market. The company works with international clients and delivers projects focused on the development and enhancement of digital products and IT systems.

We are looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) who will be responsible for developing the company’s technical strategy, overseeing product architecture, managing the engineering team, and ensuring the stable, scalable, and secure operation of IT systems.

Developing and implementing the company’s technical strategy in alignment with business objectives.

Managing the architecture of high-load web platforms and digital products.

Ensuring the quality of code, technical solutions, and development processes.

Ensuring the scalability, reliability, performance, and security of systems.

Collaborating closely with Product, Business, Marketing, and other departments across the company.

Participating in key product and business decisions from a technical perspective.

Planning technical resources, timelines, and budgets.

Evaluating and implementing new technologies, tools, and approaches that can provide a practical competitive advantage to the business.

Managing external technical contractors and partners when required.

Identifying and mitigating technical risks while ensuring the stable operation of mission-critical systems.

Proven experience as a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) or in a comparable senior technical leadership role.

Strong technical background and a solid understanding of modern software development practices.

Proven experience designing and scaling high-load and distributed systems.

Good understanding of frontend development and modern web technologies.

Experience managing engineering teams and technical leaders.

Ability to build development processes from scratch or significantly improve existing ones.

Strong understanding of information security and infrastructure security principles.

Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

Fluent in both Russian and English.
