The Role
We are looking for an experienced TikTok Livestream Specialist to join Zen Beauty as our in-house expert on TikTok livestream performance.This is not a hosting role. You will work closely with our livestream hosts and marketing team to improve performance through data, platform knowledge, testing and strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead TikTok livestream strategy and performance optimisation
- Monitor TikTok algorithm, platform updates and policy changes
- Analyse livestream data such as viewership, watch time, engagement, GMV and conversion
- Identify performance gaps and recommend improvements
- Develop livestream strategies, playbooks and SOPs
- Advise hosts and marketing team on stream structure, timing, hooks and promotions
- Test different formats, timings and offers to improve results
- Monitor competitors and TikTok livestream trends
- Provide basic support for TikTok Ads related to livestreams
- Prepare performance reports and recommendations
- Assist with ad-hoc duties such as order fulfilment and product listing management
Requirements
- Proven experience in TikTok livestreams and/or TikTok Ads at a senior or specialist level
- Strong understanding of TikTok livestream algorithms and TikTok Shop
- Good knowledge of e-commerce livestreaming and sales strategies
- Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable improvements
- Able to communicate strategies clearly to hosts and the marketing team
- Experience in beauty, wellness, fashion or retail is an advantage
