*Job Summary:*

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barber to join our team. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair styling services to our clients while ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience. *Responsibilities:*

• Provide high-quality haircuts, shaves, and beard trims to clients
• Consult with clients to understand their desired hairstyle/grooming
• Recommend appropriate hairstyles and grooming products based on clients' hair type and preferences
• Communicate effectively with clients throughout the service to ensure their satisfaction
• Upsell additional services or retail products to enhance the client experience
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards of all tools, equipment, and workstations
• Ensure effective time management, arriving on shift at least 15 minutes before scheduled time

*Requirements:*

• Proven experience as a Barber with a strong portfolio of previous work
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for clients
• Proficient in various hair cutting techniques, including fades, trims, and styling
• Knowledge of current trends in men's grooming and hairstyles
• Ability to sanitize tools and workstations according to industry standard
• Must have minimum of three years of Barber experience working at Barbershop
• Must be living in Ontario, Canada, and be able to commute to work
