Warehouse Supervisor (Automotive) /Prachinburi / Shift Work

• Monitor and control the inbound and outbound processes for automotive spare parts, ensuring accurate receipt and dispatch of goods according to established standards
• Verify and accurately record receiving documents in the system, such as delivery notes and inspection records, and update information in the Inventory Management System
• Inspect incoming spare parts for quality, ensuring alignment with purchase orders, and address issues related to damaged or missing items
• Efficiently allocate storage space and plan for new stock based on item types and operational requirements
• Collaborate with the purchasing team on deliveries and coordinate with suppliers to resolve product-related issues

Supervise order processing to ensure accurate part selection, proper packaging, and timely shipment dispatch

Verify and maintain accurate records of outbound shipments, including shipping labels, invoices, and packing lists, while updating the Inventory Management System

Inspect outbound products for quality and accuracy, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards to minimize errors

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields At least 3 years working experiences warehouse operations Automotive warehouse background is essential Strong knowledge of WMS, ISO 9001, Safety Management Good English communication, leadership & analytical skills Required work shift operation and 1 Saturday/month
