Teacher

Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the school curriculum. Assess, record, and report students' academic performance and progress. Develop lesson plans and teaching materials to meet diverse learning needs. Maintain discipline and foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment. Monitor students' attendance, behavior, and overall well-being. Identify students requiring additional support and implement appropriate interventions. Prepare and administer classwork, assignments, tests, and examinations. Provide timely and constructive feedback to students and parents. Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school activities. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding students' progress. Supervise students during classroom activities, breaks, and school events. Maintain accurate academic records and ensure confidentiality of student information. Promote the school's values, policies, and code of conduct. Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching practices and student outcomes.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant subject area. Teaching certification (NCE) or license (where applicable). Previous teaching experience is an advantage.
