• Can be an operation manager, supervisor
• Manage and supervise customer booking schedule and job assignment/appointment
• Manage and supervise shop operation and product stock replenishment
• Manage and supervise counter/cashier duties
• Handle customer queries and complaints efficiently, skilfully and politely
• Handle and manage staff issues
• Ensure high level service standard and excute all directives from Management
