Job Summary

You will manage project progress claims, quantities, and tendering processes while coordinating with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure effective project scheduling and budgeting for structural steel building projects.

Responsibilities

Prepare and manage progress claims and quantity take-offs to support accurate project tendering Coordinate tender submissions for construction projects to secure contracts Conduct meetings with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to align project requirements and resolve issues Develop and maintain detailed project schedules to ensure timely completion Monitor and control project budgets to meet financial targets Apply knowledge of structural steel building processes to oversee project execution Manage work schedules and resources to optimize project workflow and delivery Demonstrate self-motivation and attention to detail by tracking market trends relevant to project success Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, to facilitate clear project documentation and stakeholder engagement Understands tender/contract/document/specifications/terms of contract 4 off days monthly, rest days depend on schedule. able to work long hours and late in evenings and weekends Competitive salary 3k and above Positive and nurturing working environment If you have an interest in applying for this role, please WhatsApp me at 98198786 to apply.
