Job Summary

You will prepare the Japanese restaurant for service, deliver prompt and efficient guest service, train junior wait staff, and support the restaurant manager in daily operations to ensure a smooth and welcoming dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Set up the Japanese restaurant for daily service to ensure readiness and smooth operations
• Deliver prompt attention and service to guests to enhance their dining experience
• Process guest orders efficiently to maintain timely food and beverage delivery
• Train and coach junior wait staff to improve their service skills and performance
• Assist the restaurant manager with daily operational tasks to support overall restaurant management
• Model and promote the restaurant’s culture to junior staff to maintain service standards and team cohesion
