Job Title: ServiceNow Project Manager Job Summary Experience: 8+ years Location: Singapore Requirements / Job Description Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field, with 8+ years of IT project management experience Single point of accountability for the engagement Proven experience leading end-to-end ServiceNow or workflow automation projects, including migration from K2 or similar platforms Strong skills in project planning, governance, stakeholder and risk management Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence) and familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
