Team Supervision and Management

Assign daily tasks: Create work schedules and give repair or installation jobs to the HVAC and maintenance crew. Train staff: Teach workers safe habits, proper fixing methods, and how to use specialized tools. Check the work : Inspect completed repairs and installations to make sure the work meets high standards and building codes.

System Maintenance and Repairs Plan routine checks : Set up a preventive maintenance calendar for chillers, air handlers, split units, and ventilation systems to stop breakdowns. Troubleshoot hard problems : Help technicians find and fix complex electrical, mechanical, or refrigerant issues. Handle emergencies: Respond quickly to urgent cooling failures or building service calls.

Administration and Operations Manage supplies : Track inventory for spare parts, refrigerants, and tools, and order new items when needed. Keep records : Maintain logs of work orders, equipment history, and routine maintenance schedules. Follow safety rules: Ensure all tasks comply with health, safety, and local building regulations. Help with budgets: Assist management in planning costs for repairs, new parts, or system upgrades.
