FINISHING CARPENTER

CARPENTER SUPERVISOR Supervision and Team Management Assign work: Plan, lay out, and schedule daily tasks and projects for carpenters, apprentices, and general maintenance helpers. Train staff: Provide guidance on technical skills, woodworking techniques, and tool handling. Inspect work : Monitor ongoing and completed carpentry projects to ensure high-quality standards and precise adherence to blueprints or specifications. Maintenance and Repair Operations Facility inspections : Regularly inspect building structures, doors, windows, flooring, partitioning, and roofs to identify needed repairs or wear. Perform skilled carpentry : Execute complex rough and finish carpentry tasks, such as building or repairing cabinets, counters, framing, and drywall. Coordinate trades: Coordinate carpentry repairs with other building maintenance trades, such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
