High School Economics Teacher

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Economics, Education, Business, or a related field.
• Previous teaching experience at the Junior High School (SMP) and/or Senior High School (SMA) level.
• Strong knowledge of Economics concepts and the ability to explain them clearly to students.
• Good communication and classroom management skills.
• Able to create engaging and age-appropriate learning activities.
• Able to prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and assessments.
• Good English communication skills, preferably able to teach Economics in English.
• Responsible, patient, organized, and committed to supporting students’ learning.
• Willing to work on a part-time teaching schedule based on the school’s needs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Teach Economics to Junior High and/or Senior High students according to the school curriculum.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and assessments.
• Deliver engaging and interactive Economics lessons.
• Monitor and evaluate students’ academic progress.
• Provide feedback and support to help students improve their understanding of Economics.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and supportive classroom environment.
• Manage classroom activities and student behavior effectively.
• Communicate students’ progress and learning needs with the relevant academic team.
• Attend relevant meetings, training, or school activities when required.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, assessments, and other required documentation.
• Perform other teaching-related responsibilities as assigned by the Academic Coordinator or Principal.
