Educational Background Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Fresh Graduates Preferred (Singapore Polytechnic / Ngee Ann Polytechnic) Product Engineering Involves creating digital models and prototypes, product development engineering, ensuring product safety and quality, conducting tests, and improving designs. Analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. Product Quality Assurance and Quality Control Inclusive.   Business Management Oversee administration / management of commercial enterprise ie business management, marketing, materials management, quality system management, accounting and human resources. Involves strategic thinking, decision-making, problem-solving and achieving set organizational goals. Design to translate concepts into functional products, create digital models using CAD software, and develop prototypes.  Conduct tests to evaluate prototypes, identify and fix design flaws, and assess product safety and quality.  Work with manufacturing teams to optimize production processes, ensure they are cost-effective and efficient, and supervise the initial production phase.  Analyse and improve existing products based on testing, market trends and customer feedback.  Work with other engineers, designers, product managers, and manufacturing staff to meet product goals and customer needs.  Lead improvement projects, develop test programs, and manage the overall product development process.  Oversee daily business operations, ensure efficiency, and align them with company goals.  Working with Customers, developing business opportunities and supporting / delivering to their requirements exceeding expectations Positive Personal Needed Attributes: Positive / Determination / Work Hard / Continuous Product Engineering / Business Management Executives (Multi-Tasks) No Of Positions – 2 Required Salary: SGD $3000 + CPF Job Postings – / Full-Time / Long Term Perspective
