Loan Field Agent

Responsibilities:

Source and onboard qualified loan clients

Manage and grow a performing loan portfolio

Conduct field verification and credit assessment

Monitor repayment behavior and portfolio quality

Drive consistent monthly loan disbursement performance

Support recovery and ensure repayment discipline

Maintain accurate borrower records and reporting

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in loan marketing, microfinance, fintech lending, cooperative lending, or credit operations

Strong understanding of borrower assessment and loan recovery

Existing network of potential borrowers within Lagos

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

Ability to work independently and achieve targets

Smartphone proficiency and ability to use digital applications
