Job Title: E-Commerce Operations As the E-Commerce Operations Hero at WrkPod, you will serve as the central nervous system for our online retail infrastructure, ensuring every customer interaction and backend process functions with clinical precision. You will join a high-performing team dedicated to scaling digital brands and will play a pivotal role in optimizing supply chain workflows to drive measurable growth. Key Responsibilities Order Fulfillment & Logistics: Manage end-to-end digital marketplace orders, coordinate with logistics partners to optimize shipping routes, and reduce transit costs. Inventory & Store Management: Monitor warehouse stock levels to prevent stockouts, audit product listings (pricing, assets, descriptions), and help execute promotional events. Customer Support: Resolve complex inquiries and escalations regarding shipments, returns, and product quality via email and chat. Reporting & Optimization: Track weekly performance metrics (processing times, return rates, seller ratings) and improve ERP workflows to streamline administrative tasks.
