Client Service and Art Relations Associate

Responsibilities:

Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience from inquiry to installation.  Provide exceptional customer support, responding promptly and thoughtfully to client needs and inquiries. Represent the brand with professionalism, warmth, and a deep appreciation for artistic expression. Guide clients in selecting or commissioning art pieces that align with their personality, space, and vision. Collaborate with the creative team to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.  Manage and grow social media presence, including content planning, posting, engagement, and community interaction. Demonstrate a solid understanding of art concepts, styles, and cultural influences  Support business operations including client follow-ups, order tracking, and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements: 

Minimum of 3-5years of relevant experience in customer service, sales, and client relations Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required. Strong enthusiasm for art and creativity, with a basic understanding of art styles and cultural influences. Proven ability in customer service, client engagement, or relationship management. Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Basic understanding of business operations, especially in a creative or service-based environment. High emotional intelligence and attention to detail. Organized, proactive, and adaptable.

Remuneration: NGN  250,000-300,000
