Admin Assistant
Act as a customer service liaison officer to the learners, to ensure their needs are met (i.e. attending to course registration, online/walk-in/call enquiries
Maintain and updates accurate trainee database (Training Management System)
Ensure accurate and updated trainee enrolment (Training Partners Gateway)
Manage training logistics and resources through coordinating with trainers
Provide sales support and attend to the rescheduling and withdrawal requests
Provide simple finance functions such as billing, invoicing and accounts receivable matters
Build up database of company contacts
Support and check for the accuracy and compliance of enrolments and requirements in accordance to SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) regulations
Ensure compliance in the workflow processes and flag out any issues of non-compliance
Requirements: Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Able to commit 5 days work week of 8.5 scheduled hours
Able to commit on weekend, including public holidays with Mondays and Tuesdays as regular rest days.
Required to travel between branches (Joo Koon, Woodlands & Kaki Bukit)
