Manage and oversee day-to-day sales operations, including invoice issue, sales commission calculation and sales matters support.
Work with internal cross departmentor external teams to improve the accuracy and efficiency of financial information flow.
Finance Support
Provide management with timely financial information for operational and business decisions.
Support budgeting, forecasting and cost monitoring.
Analyse operating expenses, cash utilisation and financial trends.
Assist Finance Lead with ad-hoc financial analysis, business projects and other finance-related matters.
Office Operations Support
Job Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with degree in accounting.
Strong financial accounting or audit background with commercial knowledge.
Strong ability to implement and monitor internal controls.
Experience of managing a finance function in a fast-moving, rapidly growing environment.
Eye for detail and diligence to ensure accuracyof systems and processes.
Excellent analytical, communication and influencing skills.
Fluent in written and spoken Chinese & English. Able to communicate seamlessly in Chinese with internal product and R&D teams, and conduct bilingual business interactions with external clients.
