Due to our continued growth, we are looking for an assembly assistant (m/f/d) to join our team in Dresden. You will support our mechanical and electrical assembly teams on a demanding semiconductor manufacturing project. Your responsibilities will include assisting skilled workers, maintaining a clean construction site, transporting materials, and consistently adhering to safety and cleanroom standards.
Your tasks

- Support for the mechanical and electrical engineering trades during installation work
- Transport and distribution of materials on the construction site
- Preparation and maintenance of the work areas for the trades
- Compliance with strict cleanroom and contamination control procedures
- Ensuring a high standard of order and cleanliness on the construction site
- Support with unloading, storage and internal transport of materials
- Operation of simple manual transport and lifting aids
- Compliance with all occupational health and safety regulations, including PPE and construction site rules.
- Participation in safety briefings (Toolbox Talks) and following the instructions of superiors.
- Recognizing and reporting hazards and unsafe conditions
Your profile
Your profile:
- Experience on mechanical and electrical engineering (M&E) projects or on large industrial projects
- A good understanding of occupational health and safety practices.
- Valid construction site certificates
- Basic knowledge of German or English
- Experience on international or demanding construction sites
