Plan, deliver, and evaluate nursing care based on patients’ needs, physicians’ orders, and hospital policies. Ensure compliance with hospital and nursing standards, policies, procedures, and best practices. Maintain a safe, comfortable, and conducive environment for patient care. Uphold high standards of nursing practice in documentation, treatment, infection prevention and control, and professional conduct. Supervise, guide, and mentor new and junior nursing staff to promote effective teamwork and quality patient care.
