Marine Superintendent (Tankers) [SL]

Ensure vessel compliance with maritime regulations, statutory requirements and international standards. Coordinate inspections, audits, vetting and regulatory surveys, including follow-up on corrective actions. Manage crew selection, interviews, onboarding, training and competency development. Promote effective implementation of safety, environmental and operational procedures. Monitor navigational safety, cargo operations, pollution prevention and vessel performance. Support voyage planning and operational efficiency, including effective resource and cargo utilisation. Conduct safety inspections and support incident investigations, audits and continuous improvement. Collaborate with vessel crews, authorities, classification societies and shore-based teams to ensure safe, compliant and efficient operations. Requirements: Certificate of competency to Class 2 or above (Deck) recognised by MPA Singapore At least 5 years of experience in fleet operations, preferably in a supervisory/managerial role We regret only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
