Working Hours

• Mon-Fri (9am-6pm)
• Sat (9am-1pm)

Responsibilities

• Assist the doctor during surgical and non-surgical procedures
• Provide nursing care and support before, during and after procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments and medical supplies
• Perform patient registration and attend to enquiries
• Handle emails, phone calls and appointment-related matters
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Support general administrative and miscellaneous clinic duties
• Ensure proper infection control and clinic cleanliness standards

Requirements

• Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board with a valid Practising Certificate
• Prior nursing experience required
• Experience in a clinic, surgical or procedural setting will be advantageous
• Comfortable handling both nursing and administrative duties
• Able to multitask and work independently in a clinic team
• Good communication and patient service skills
