*Wash Dudes Exterior Services* is looking for an *experienced Window Cleaner* to join our team for the remainder of the 2026 season.
This is *not an entry-level window-cleaning position. Previous professional window-cleaning experience is required.*
We are an exterior-cleaning company servicing Ottawa and surrounding areas. While this position is primarily for *window cleaning*, our crews also perform pressure washing, soft washing/house washing, and gutter cleaning.
Our 2026 season is expected to run until approximately *late November/early December*, depending on weather and workload. We expect to resume seasonal operations around *March 2027*, and we're looking for someone we'd like to bring back for the next season if it's a good fit.
*What you'll be doing:*
- Professional residential and commercial window cleaning
- Traditional mop and squeegee work
- Water-fed pole cleaning
- Interior and exterior windows
- Ladder work and working at heights
- Screen, frame and sill cleaning
- Assisting with gutter cleaning, pressure washing and soft washing when required
- Communicating professionally with customers
- Taking care of company vehicles, equipment and customer property
*What we're looking for:*
- *Professional window-cleaning experience is mandatory*
- Strong traditional squeegee skills
- Comfortable using extension ladders and working at heights
- Able to work efficiently without sacrificing quality
- Reliable and punctual ? *you need to show up when scheduled*
- Good attitude and able to work as part of a crew
- Comfortable working outdoors and doing physically demanding work
- Valid driver's licence preferred
- Experience with water-fed poles is an asset
- Pressure washing, soft washing or gutter-cleaning experience is an asset
*Compensation & opportunity:*
Starting compensation will be based on experience, with bonus pay and customer tips.
We're especially interested in someone who already knows how to clean windows properly and can become a dependable long-term member of the Wash Dudes team. Strong performers may be given additional responsibilities as they demonstrate their ability and reliability.
*Season:* Remainder of 2026 season (approximately through late November/early December), with the opportunity to return when operations resume around March 2027.
