We are now looking for our Director of Special Vehicle Development Sweden who will be in charge leading our team in Sweden, reporting to the Vice President Special Vehicles Development in GTT - Complete Vehicle.

The Special Vehicles Development organization dedicated to Volvo Trucks brand in Sweden is responsible to develop low volume solutions and specific customized offers for Volvo Heavy Duty ranges (FH, FM, FMx).

Responsibilities Manage a team of ~20 engineers and project managers Be an active contributor of the Special Vehicles Development Management team Deliver Special Vehicles projects with high performance on Time to Market, quality and customer satisfaction Continuously support Volvo Trucks commercial organization and be pro-active in proposing product solutions to commercial forces Team-up cross-functionally with GTT, GTO, GTP and Volvo Trucks Secure external partnerships to support projects Support Volvo group lean and agile Way of Working development Continue to strengthen innovation development in very close partnership with E-mobility, Vehicles Automation & Connected Solution organizations
