Head of Operations

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices. Oversee daily business activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize operations. Streamline workflows to reduce costs and enhance productivity. Lead and motivate operational teams to meet business objectives. Train, mentor, and manage employees to ensure high performance. Monitor resource allocation, including materials, equipment, and labor. Ensure optimal inventory levels and manage supply chain logistics. Ensure excellent service delivery by improving response times and operational quality. Handle escalated customer issues and implement solutions to enhance customer experience. Ensure operations comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies. Identify and mitigate potential risks affecting business operations. Monitor operational expenses and find cost-effective solutions. Assist in setting budgets and achieving financial targets. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success. Prepare reports and present insights to senior management for decision-making.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Experience in process improvement and workflow optimization. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data and generate reports for decision-making. Proficiency in business management software and tools. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
