UGC Talent Intern

🎥 WIZ is Hiring: UGC Talent Intern (paid-internship) 📍Hybrid working arrangement (2 WFO Wednesday & Friday only, 3 WFH)

What You’ll Do: •⁠ ⁠Create UGC-style videos for ads and social media. •⁠ ⁠Brainstorm hooks, concepts, and captions with the team. •⁠ ⁠Shoot and edit short-form content for IG, TikTok, and other platforms. •⁠ ⁠Deliver scripts naturally with the right expressions and energy. •⁠ ⁠Produce multiple videos consistently and make revisions when needed. •⁠ ⁠Help keep social content organized and up to date.

What We’re Looking For: •⁠ ⁠Comfortable and natural on camera. •⁠ ⁠Active on IG and TikTok, with a good sense of what makes content work. •⁠ ⁠Able to understand ideas or scripts and execute them quickly. •⁠ ⁠Comfortable with CapCut, Canva, or similar tools. •⁠ ⁠Basic understanding of lighting, framing, and clear audio. •⁠ ⁠Curious, reliable, open to feedback, and willing to learn.

Working Arrangement

• 3 months paid-internship.
• Hybrid: 2 days Work From Office (Wednesday & Friday), and 3 days Work From Home.
• Office Location: Cilandak, South Jakarta (near MRT Fatmawati).
