Recruitment Consultant

We are looking for an experienced team player to fill the IT and Engineering Recruitment Consultant position and to become responsible for attracting the best IT talent from the market and being a true support to the recruitment team. We are currently recruiting for a fixed-term replacement position (2-year contract), with potential for extension.

Daily tasks

• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for technical IT positions
• Taking care of professional and candidate-focused communication on Social Media
• Delivering professional feedback to candidates at all stages of the recruitment process.
• Active direct search
• Cooperation with Delivery team and Global teams

Requirements

Min. 2 years of experience in IT recruitment for technical positions

Practical experience in using different online channels to identify and attract the best candidates

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to address different candidates' personal concerns

Familiarity with IT domain terms and technologies

Goal-oriented approach and ability to measure and quantify weekly activities

Ability to make quick decisions and predict various outcomes

Excellent English skills (C1) and Polish (C1)
