BUILDING/GROUNDS MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

SUPERVISOR, BUILDING & OUTSIDE MAINTENANCE AND PLUMBING

Qualifications/Requirements: Qualifications: Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.

PRC License is a great advantage.

With at least 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a related field.

Preferably with experience in 2D and 3D design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpretation skills.

Flexible, results-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Highly organized, reliable, and possesses strong leadership and attention to detail.
