Estate Inspector

Roles & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Conduct scheduled estate inspections covering roads, footpaths, buildings, common areas and other infrastructure/assets .

Perform inspections through driving, cycling and walking , depending on the assigned inspection route and site requirements.

Drive company/project vehicles safely to conduct inspections and travel between assigned locations.

Conduct both indoor and outdoor field inspections , including prolonged outdoor work where required.

Operate mobile phones, cameras and other inspection equipment or applications used for data collection.

Follow assigned inspection schedules, routes and daily coverage targets and complete inspections within the required timeframe.

Record defects, observations and site conditions accurately and ensure inspection data is properly captured and submitted.

Participate in technology trials, testing and validation activities at project sites.

Communicate and coordinate professionally with site contractors, customers and other project stakeholders during inspections and trials.

Follow all site, road and workplace safety requirements.

Promptly report access restrictions, equipment problems, incomplete inspections or other operational issues.

Complete any unfinished inspection work on another assigned day, including weekends or off-days when required , subject to the applicable work schedule and manpower arrangement.

Be flexible for deployment to different estates, project sites and inspection assignments.

Mandatory Requirements Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence is required.

Must be able and willing to drive, cycle and walk as part of daily inspection duties.

Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors and travelling between multiple inspection locations.

Able to use smartphones, mobile applications and basic inspection equipment.

Able to communicate effectively with supervisors, contractors, customers and site personnel.

Reliable, punctual and able to work independently according to an assigned schedule.

Willing to support rescheduled or make-up inspections when inspections cannot be completed within the original schedule.
