Technician (12h Shift, Cleanroom)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist supervisor in daily production activity to meet desired productivity and achieve good product quality.
- To perform machine setup and trouble-shooting to ensure maximum machine uptime.
- Carry out preventive maintenance / cleaning and ensure instrument are calibrated timely.
- Perform maintenance work in accordance to written procedures / systems and spare parts control management.
- Responsible for complying with EHS/6S/GMP/SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Participate and support tasks / projects assigned by management to drive for continuous improvement.
- Able to accept overtime assignment.
- Able to accept flexible deployment in different work environment.
Qualifications/ Education:
- NITEC (NTC)/ Diploma or equivalent
Skill Set and/or Experience:
- NITEC (NTC) with at least 2 years or Fresh Diploma holder
- Knowledge in trouble shooting skills in mechanical, electrical or control engineering
- Knowledge in PLC is advantage.
- Able to interpret mechanical, electrical or control drawings/ circuitries and computer literacy preferred
