Job Description & Requirements
- Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations at assigned sites.
- Plan and assign duties to cleaners and ensure all tasks are completed according to schedule.
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality and work performance.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure cleanliness and service quality standards are met.
- Train and guide new and existing cleaning staff on proper cleaning procedures and safety requirements.
- Ensure cleaning equipment, tools and supplies are properly used and maintained.
- Monitor stock levels and arrange replenishment of cleaning materials when required.
- Handle operational issues, customer feedback and complaints promptly.
- Communicate with clients regarding cleaning schedules, manpower requirements and service matters.
- Prepare daily or weekly reports on manpower, attendance and site operations.
- Ensure staff comply with company policies, workplace safety procedures and hygiene standards.
- Perform other supervisory and operational duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Able to supervise and manage a team of cleaners.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible, reliable and able to work independently.
- Able to handle multiple work sites and operational issues.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends or public holidays when required.
- Relevant cleaning or supervisory experience is an advantage.
