Valentia Nursing Home, Camolin, County Wexford is looking for Chef de Partie to cater for the residents in the Nursing Home
Employer:- Valentia Nursing Home Limited Location:- Valentia Nursing Home, Camolin, County Wexford, Ireland Contract Type: Full-time - 39 hours per Week Working hours - 39 per Week Wages – € 36,605.00/ Annum
Job Duties
- Prepare all food items as directed in a timely manner.
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications.
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely & efficiently.
- Maintain a clean working station whilst adhering to Health & Safety Standards.
- Assist with the cleaning and organization of Kitchen and equipment.
- Adhere to all food hygiene and safety standards.
Additional duties,
- Menu planning,
- Food shopping,
- Recording food temperatures,
- Preparing reports
Qualification:
Degree, Diploma or equivalent with a Minimum 2 years of Experience.
