Testing and Commissioning Engineer
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Testing and Commissioning Engineer to join our dynamic team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and functionality of engineering projects through rigorous testing, validation, and commissioning processes. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on diverse projects within a leading engineering consultancy in Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement testing and commissioning plans in accordance with project specifications and industry standards.
- Coordinate and supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Conduct inspections and performance tests to ensure systems operate efficiently and safely.
- Identify and resolve technical issues during testing and commissioning phases.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure timely project completion.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation outlining test results, commissioning activities, and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout all testing and commissioning activities.
- Provide technical support and training to site personnel as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in testing and commissioning within the engineering consultancy sector.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements relevant to testing and commissioning.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in relevant testing tools and software is an advantage.
