We are seeking exceptional candidates for a postdoc in the Soft Matter group at the University of Amsterdam, under the supervision of Daniel Bonn (please do not contact him, if you have a question, the contact details are at the bottom of the page). This fully funded experimental project aims at deepening our understanding of physical mechanisms involved in, e.g., liquid sprays, emulsions and solid friction, with applications in pharmaceuticals, food industry, agriculture and semiconductors.

You will carry experimental work in the lab, from bibliographical research, setup and protocol design to data analysis. We ask you to become independent by taking initiatives and developing you own creative ideas.
