Logistics Dispatcher for USA Trucking

We are a U.S.-based logistics and trucking company specializing in the transportation field. Our team operates different type of equipment, however this position is focused on cargo vans, box trucks, and sprinter vans. Now, we are expanding our team in Yerevan and looking for motivated individuals to join us as Dispatch Specialists.

No prior dispatch experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive training to help you succeed in this role.

Dispatcher - Cargo Van/Sprinter Van for USA Trucking Company

Work from the office 16:00-01:00 (located next to the American University)

Strong English communication skills  are required

Experience is not mandatory, we provide  paid training

Salary structure: 1) Fixed pay 2) Commission ranges from 3-10% from monthly gross profit 3) Various bonuses for performance

Coordinate and monitor the movement of cargo vans, box trucks, and sprinter vans across multiple U.S. routes.

Maintain communication with brokers and drivers

Book and assign loads, track shipments, and ensure timely deliveries.

Track shipments and resolve any operational issues in real-time.

Maintain accurate documentation of loads, schedules, and delivery statuses.

The process also involves a sales aspect

English  — both written and spoken (must be confident in professional communication).

Experience in trucking dispatch, freight brokerage, or logistics operations is preffered but not required.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, problem-solving environment.

Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets, dispatch software experience is a plus).

Team player with strong attention to detail.

Ability to work from the office (We operate on USA time zone) Mon-Fri․
