Education/training Our rolls requires a basic technical education, sometimes university level.

Experience We require at least 3 years of relevant job experience for all rolls, mostly more.

Required experience for this roll:

• Several years’ experience working as a Scrum master

- Experience of teamwork with distributed teams - Hands on experience in major programming languages - Experience in agile development and testing

• Experience of Java, dotnet, Python, C++
• Scrum Master certification

Assignment description - Lead and follow up on activities and initiatives according to Scrum - Facilitate the daily standup, set up retrospectives, sprint reviews - Shielding the team from interruptions during the sprint - Coach the team both on individual level and team level - Support the team in prioritizing the daily work

The Consultant roll As a consultant you may be placed at different customers. UCG will assist with extra training when needed. As a consultant we need you to be flexible and to easily adapt to a new environment.
