QA/QC Associate Engineer

1. Quality inspection of samples and mass production, production of shipping reports, improvement of defective products and traceability of defective products

2.Evaluate new product quality specifications and standards 3.Confirm the quality of new product manufacturing materials and tools (programs, films, fixtures) 4.Review and evaluation of customer specifications 5.Production of documents for customers’ special needs 6.Application and implementation of product safety standards for new products and new projects 7.Safety factory inspection business 8.Sample and mass product quality verification, defective product improvement and defective product traceability 9.Cooperate with abnormal quality verification matters 10.Execution of customer demand testing, outsourcing testing, and regular reliability testing 11.Implementation and maintenance of TDR measurement system 12.IATF 16949/ISO 9001/IECQ QC080000 system maintenance 13.Establishment and implementation of internal quality audit 14.Convening and data collection of management meetings (MCS) 15.Creation and implementation of quality training materials 16.Creation and management of Green/ RoHS/ REACH information

Qualifications: Male/Female Bachelor's degree in Engineering, such as Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. At least 2-5 years of experience in quality control (QA/QC) within relevant industries such as manufacturing, electronics, or other related industries. Experience with quality management systems such as IATF 16949, ISO 9001, or IECQ QC080000 will be highly considered. Knowledge of quality inspection processes for both sample and mass production. Ability to assess the quality of materials and tools used in the manufacturing process. Proficiency in improving defective products and tracking the progress of corrective actions. Ability to manage internal quality audits and implement quality control procedures within the organization. Capability to plan and conduct quality training sessions for team members. Familiarity with Green, RoHS, REACH compliance standards and managing related information. Strong analytical skills to evaluate quality data and make decisions based on findings to improve production quality. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, to prepare reports and communicate effectively.
