TRAINING SPECIALIST

Primary Purpose of the Job – Summary Statement The Sales Training Specialist is responsible for organizing and delivering training programs focused on Product Knowledge and Sales Processes to equip dealership associates with the necessary skills. The role ensures that all training initiatives comply with company standards and MMPC (Mitsubishi Motors Philippines Corporation) requirements. This includes conducting new hire orientation, product knowledge sessions, and sales process training, as well as preparing dealership representatives for certifications and Skills Olympics competitions. Job Tasks and Requirements

• Develop and implement training programs on Product Knowledge and Sales Process for dealership associates.
• Utilize varied teaching strategies and learning approaches to enhance learning effectiveness.

• Ensure training programs align with company objectives and MMPC training requirements.
• Conduct new product knowledge training and ensure proper cascading to the sales force.

• Provide comprehensive training on vehicle specifications, features, financing options, and competitive positioning.
• Train sales teams on the end-to-end sales process, including lead management, negotiation techniques, and closing strategies.

• Conduct new hire orientation for sales personnel, ensuring they understand dealership processes, policies, and expectations.
• Facilitate the monthly Basic Orientation & Sales Training (BOST) program for new and existing sales staff.

Qualifications/Requirements: Education/Qualifications/ Job Related Work Experience /Skill Requirements Graduate of two (2) year course or undergraduate of two (2) years or more in college

1-2 years’ experience in related field

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, office management, or facility)

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Attention to details and accuracy.

Basic understanding of automotive trainings
