SQE (Supplier Quality Engineer)

-Conduct irregular and annual supplier audits. -Monitor supplier monthly performance and evaluation scoring management. -Conduct on-site audits and qualification reviews for new suppliers; provide supplier quality standards training and guidance. Handle supplier quality abnormality feedback, assist in analysis, -follow-up, and improvement verification. -Manage supplier certification during mass production transfer stage and review PCP (Product Control Plan). -Coordinate cross-functional meetings and assist PM/SCM/Production Control/Production teams in handling supplier-related issues. -Lead customer complaint handling caused by supplier abnormalities, including urgent replenishment, review, and corrective actions. -Use QC 7 tools and other methods to analyze abnormal data and coordinate related departments for supplier issue resolution. -Perform other related duties assigned by management.

Qualifications: Engineering-related fields Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; candidates with National Computer Level 2 Certificate are preferred. Able to read engineering drawings. English proficiency equivalent to CET-4 or above. Candidates with drawing software skills are preferred. Experience in supplier quality management is preferred. Good communication and coordination skills.
