*Responsibilities*
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Set up and stock stations before service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area
- Work efficiently during high-volume service periods
- Follow all food safety and health regulations
- Assist with kitchen closing duties, including cleaning and prep for the next day
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff
- Help with inventory rotation and storage procedures
- Washing dishes
Requirements
- Previous line cook experience preferred
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be willing and available to work:
- Evenings
- Weekends
- Closing shifts
- Holidays as required
