Finance Analyst

Your tasks

• Support month-end and year-end closing processes
• Prepare regular group financial reports, forecasts, and insights to support decision-making
• Be a go-to person for both for group reporting and local finance-related questions
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Take part in risk management and broader corporate reporting topics
• Be involved in customer debt management and deal approval processes
• Act as a key user for the CRM system
• Help build and improve Power BI reports
• Contribute to improving internal controls and reporting processes
• Work closely with teams across the company (Sales, Service, Logistics, etc.)

What we’re looking for

• Strong analytical thinking and a “learn fast, adapt fast” mindset
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Proactive, curious, and interested in self-development
• Solid understanding of finance basics (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)

Nice to have

• Experience with Navision (ERP system)
• Knowledge of Power BI or similar tools
• Experience in financial analysis, controlling, or auditing
• Familiarity with IFRS or international accounting standards
