It establishes standard working hours/Updates standard working hours/Checks production daily report and standard usage of auxiliary materials. It provides technical guidance to the production line It ensures that processes, products and services meet the needs of customers and interested parties. To improvement of process plan (fixture tool evaluation, equipment improvement, operation ability improvement) Evaluate current manufacturing practices and identify those needing improvement. Manage production schedules and coordinate services to maximize productivity. Enforce quality control to reduce waste. Improve the efficiency of each production process. Evaluate employees’ tasks and responsibilities, identifying procedures or tools to improve productivity.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above At least 5 years working experience of IE Communicate in English Auto experience is plus point (IATF 16949, APQP,PPAP, VDA6.3 etc) Experience in Automotive is plus
