Customs Clearance Specialist

Job Responsibilities

1. Check and verify all import/export customs documents, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and shipping documents to ensure full consistency and accuracy.

1. Complete online customs declaration submission through official customs system, ensure declaration data is standard, compliant and error-free.

1. Sort, file and archive customs clearance documents, maintain complete and orderly customs records.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above with at least 1 year of relevant working experience.

1. Candidates with experience in customs liaison, import and export customs clearance, document declaration, and familiarity with the Ghana ICUMS system are preferred.

1. Proficient in computer and office software operation; highly responsible, careful and detail-oriented; able to work under pressure and accept reasonable overtime.
