Job Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations and ensure business targets are achieved.
- Lead, supervise and develop employees.
- Plan budgets, schedules and manpower allocation.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers and other stakeholders.
- Monitor performance, resolve operational issues and improve productivity.
- Ensure compliance with applicable workplace safety requirements and company policies.
- Prepare reports and provide regular updates to senior management.
Requirements
- Relevant diploma, degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience in management, team supervision and operational planning.
- Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage budgets, resources and multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant business software.
