Outdoor Marketing Promoter / Flyer Distributor (线下地推派单员)

Job Description (English) Roles & Responsibilities:

Distribute marketing promotional flyers, brochures, and voucher cards at targeted locations including new BTO estates, Condo TOP handovers, high-footfall MRT stations, and home expos. Engage briefly with prospective homeowners, introduce current promotion highlights (e.g., window film solar testing, renovation vouchers), and capture initial contact details. Assist in setting up and maintaining mobile promotional booths or roadshow displays. Report daily distribution counts, targeted location feedback, and prospective lead counts to the Marketing Executive. Adhere strictly to local regulations, venue management guidelines, and public distribution rules.

Requirements:

Friendly, punctual, self-motivated, and comfortable interacting with the general public. Ability to stand and walk outdoor for extended periods. No prior experience required; full on-the-job orientation provided. Language proficiency: Flexible / Basic conversational skills in Mandarin or English to greet residents politely. 岗位职责与要求 (中文) 岗位职责：

任职要求：

性格开朗、准时守信、工作积极，不怯场，善于与大众礼貌沟通。 身体健康，能适应户外移动或站立工作。 无经验要求，入职后提供简单岗前指导。 语言要求：语言不限，具备基础中文或英文日常招呼沟通能力即可。
